TIN Verifier PH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tinverifier.ph (the “Service”). We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines.

To use the TIN verification feature, you voluntarily provide the following personal information:

• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• First name, middle name, and last name
• Gender
• Date of birth

This information is transmitted over HTTPS directly to the BIR’s official eServices verification endpoint (revie.bir.gov.ph). We do not store, log, cache, or otherwise retain this data on our servers.

The sole purpose of collecting the information above is to forward it to the BIR verification API and return the result to you. We do not use it for any other purpose, including marketing, analytics, or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except:

• Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR): Your verification details are sent to the BIR’s public API as the core function of this Service.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.

This Service does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics), or advertising technologies. We use only session-level browser mechanisms necessary for the website to function.

All communication between your browser and our Service is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Communication between our Service and the BIR API is also encrypted. Because we do not store your personal data, there is no database of your information that could be breached.
